We are searching for a Creative and Production Coordinator to join our Brand Team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity

As the Creative and Production Coordinator, you will deliver customer service excellence, acting as a company-wide resource for a variety of design projects. As a member of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, you will:

  • Serve as a brand steward, you will ensure all materials adhere to Shannex brand standards and its divisions
  • Collaborate with the creative services team on strategic projects
  • Manage the day-to-day design requirements through collaboration with various corporate partners and members of the brand team
  • Work with the brand team to create, schedule, post and monitor social media content
  • Provide administrative support to the brand team as it relates to purchase orders, vendor relationships and print production

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative, communications or marketing field
  • A passion for design and are motivated to develop new skills, learn new technologies and continually improve
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects and XD
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines and track multiple projects efficiently and independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Certification in Google analytics, SEO/SEM and web/coding experience would be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in producing creative, communication and marketing materials
  • A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
